Play4Me provides professional DJ services, live musicians, Silent Disco experiences and curated playlist solutions for corporate events, hospitality venues, private celebrations and brand activations across the United Kingdom.
Bookings begin with an inquiry through our website or by email. Following an initial consultation to understand your event requirements, we provide a tailored quotation. A booking is secured once written confirmation is issued, and the deposit is received.
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak seasons such as summer and December. Corporate events and venue residencies are often secured several months in advance.
A 40 per cent non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event, unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing for corporate clients.
Yes. Corporate clients operating under purchase order systems may arrange alternative payment terms in advance.
Cancellation terms depend on the notice period. Deposits are non-refundable. Full details are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Yes. Clients are welcome to provide preferred genres, key tracks or playlists. Our DJs use professional judgement to ensure the music flows naturally and suits the atmosphere of the event.
Yes. Professional sound systems and lighting setups can be provided where required. We manage full setup and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience.
Yes. Play4Me operates across the United Kingdom and internationally upon request.
Yes. Play4Me Ltd holds Public Liability Insurance. Documentation can be provided upon request.
We require safe access, adequate power supply and sufficient performance space. Detailed technical information can be provided prior to the event if required.
Extensions are subject to artist availability, venue approval and an additional hourly fee.
