T&Cs

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to Play4Me Ltd.
“Client” refers to the person, company or organisation booking the services.
“Services” refers to DJ performances, live musicians, curated playlists, Silent Disco hire and any related production services.

2.Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to:

• Written confirmation by the Company
• Acceptance of these Terms
• Payment of the agreed deposit

A booking is not secured until the deposit has been received.

3. Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A non-refundable deposit of 40 percent is required to secure the date
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event

For corporate contracts or long-term venue agreements, payment terms may be agreed separately in writing.

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without liability to the Company.

4. Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels:

• More than 30 days before the event: deposit retained
• 14 to 30 days before the event: 50 percent of total fee payable
• Less than 14 days before the event: 100 percent of total fee payable

If the Company must cancel due to circumstances beyond its control, all monies paid will be refunded. Liability shall be limited to the amount paid.

5. Artist Substitution

In the unlikely event that the originally agreed DJ or musician is unavailable due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond control, the Company reserves the right to provide a suitable replacement of equivalent professional standard.

6. Technical Requirements and Rider

The Client agrees to provide:

• Safe and reasonable access to the performance area
• A stable and adequate power supply
• Sufficient performance space
• Protection from adverse weather where applicable

If venue technical limitations prevent full performance delivery, the Company shall not be held responsible.

Detailed technical specifications may be provided in advance where necessary.

6. Sound Restrictions and Volume Limits

The Client is responsible for informing the Company in advance of any venue sound restrictions or licensing conditions.

The Company will comply with venue and local authority regulations. However, no liability shall arise where such restrictions impact atmosphere, duration or performance style.

8. Overtime

Performance duration is agreed in advance.

If the Client requests an extension on the day of the event, this is subject to:

• Artist availability
• Venue approval
• Additional agreed fee

Overtime is charged at a pre-agreed hourly rate.

9. Equipment and Damage

All sound, lighting and technical equipment remains the property of the Company.

The Client is responsible for any loss or damage caused by guests, staff or third parties during the event.

Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced where necessary.

9. Public Liability Insurance

Play4Me Ltd holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance for its services. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

11. Intellectual Property

All curated playlists, DJ sets, recorded mixes, creative concepts and programming structures remain the intellectual property of the Company.

No recordings, broadcasts or commercial reproductions of performances may be made without prior written consent.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather
• Government restrictions
• Venue closure
• Illness
• Transport disruption

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability shall be limited to the total fee paid for the Services.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
